Windows 10: Trouble with calls, recently.

Trouble with calls, recently. Almost all calls are through Teams but have same problem with Mitel calls. Every so often, the person I'm talking to can't hear me; I disappear for a second or two. This only happens on calls; I can use a screen recorder and, when I replay a video I've created, there's no missing audio. Have tried three different headsets.

How to not store or remove recent calls/texts list

Is there any way to not store recent calls/texts list? And if not then how to remove that list, please...

Steps: Home screen > People > All contacts > What's new > Recent > Recent calls & texts

Recent calls

Recently the date on my phone went forward to November, and my recent phone list was reporting back that phone calls had come in at the date my phone was set to.

When I noticed the date was wrong I adjusted it and then all I saw on my recent calls lists was the November calls.

To remove these I moved the date forward again and cleared the lists.

I then reverted the date to present day, however, now my recent calls list does not show any calls whatsoever, neither dialled, received or missed.

So, after making a phone call and I need to call that number again, the log says I have made no phone calls.

What can I do to fix this.

 

How Remove a call from the "Recent Call List"

Do you think in some future version will be possible to delete one or more selceted contact in the "recent" call ?

For "privacy" reasons it is necessary.

If it will not be possible, I'll change my windows phone to an android one.

I have no insight into future updates to Windows Phone, but it's something that can be asked at the
suggestion box.

I'm going to clarify that I'm strictly talking about the People Hub's recent section. That can't be cleared, but being in the recent section of the People hub does not mean you have called that contact. It means you looked at the "what's new" section of
that contact or possibly called them.

Your actual call history in the Phone app can be cleared at any time.
