Windows 10: Trouble with fresh Windows 11 installation on Surface Pro X

Hello all, I recently purchased a Surface Pro X secondhand but I needed to do a fresh install of Windows as it was giving me a lot of trouble. No problem, I removed the boot drive and installed a new SSD. I got a USB drive and downloaded the Windows 11 ARM ISO from the official site and used Rufus to create a bootable USB. I turned on my Surface Pro X and went into the BIOS and activated "Boot from USB drive" and restarted, plugging in the USB drive. Now I'm stuck here, where a window pops up saying "Install driver to show hardware" but no drivers are available to select, and the keyboard and
