Windows 10: Trouble with Opening Applications using start menu

I am having trouble opening apps using the start menu It shows a error message


I have noticed 2 things
The error message only comes when I run the program as admin and it also asks that do you want to run it 2 times rather than 1
The apps which are not opening are inside the WindowsApps Folder

I have the access to the windows apps folder using the security tab
My windows is UP TO DATE and drivers are also up to date and all the other things too
I can access them by going to the windowsApps folder manually and running it but it is kind of lengthy.

No recent document for applications on start menu

These list of recent files are called Jump Lists. Windows 10 still has them, but now you get them by right-clicking on the application on the Start menu (or on an application pinned to the taskbar).

If you can't see a jump list this way, check that 'Show recently opened items in Jump Lists on Start or the taskbar' is turned on in:
Settings > Personalise > Start

NB: Be careful with this setting. The way to clear all Jump Lists is turn this setting off then back on again.

 

Windows 10 Start Menu won't open.

Start menu is not working on Windows 10

I have tried till the troubleshooter and got this

"Microsoft.Windows.ShellExperienceHost" and "Microsoft.Windows.Cortana" applications need to be installed correctly.

Now how do install these applications
