    Trouble with SysPrep on W11 24H2, Sysprep fails to do package, when removing package breaks...


    I am having trouble creating a VM template and preparing for SysPrep, OS is W11 24H2, and it appears as MicrosoftWidgetPlatform is erroring out SysPrep, even when removing package and rebooting package will come back... This also appears to break VM if successful, i'm assuming the OS or profile rely on this package..

    Sysprep fails

    I can't sysprep the pc.

    setupact.log gives :

    SYSPRP Package Microsoft.LanguageExperiencePacknl-NL_18362.9.23.0_neutral__8wekyb3d8bbwe was installed for a user, but not provisioned for all users. This package will not function properly in the sysprep image.

    How can I install that package for ALL USERS ?
