    Trouble with three new USB-C ethernet adapters and a Surface Go 2, two fail, one works, help


    all three adapters are new, the Surface is used and running W10.the network adapter setup is set to full auto in all three cases. The Excellon adapter establishes connection successfully and seems to use IPv4, internet service operates and LEDs on the Excellon adapter blink.Two other devices, one Plugable, one SATECHI, establish network connection but fail to establish internet connection. Running Windows diagnostics throws up the same fault message in both cases, the wording is "no IP address" or something very similar. Internet connection fails to establish and adapter LEDs are dark.Here's t
