Windows 10: troubled by vpb

I am a tech-novice.I have created a video project using Microsoft Video Editor. When I "finish" the video, it saves as a vpb file, which is inaccessible to those who I need to show it to. How can I save it as an MP4 file, or convert the vpb to MP4.

Hi,

Please try to follow this.

Open Photos App >> Go to Video Projects >> click the 3 dots beside the "New Video Project" >> click import backup >> browse and select the .vpb file. then click open.

Trouble saving voicemail number

To access my voicemail it is my phone number, a pause and 4 digit pin.



I did the following steps:

• Turned off default voicemail number
• Added a , (for pause) at end of my phone number
• Added the 4 digit pin

I get the following error message We're having trouble saving your voicemail number right now. Try again later.



Any suggestions on how to correct this?
