Windows 10: Troubles after updates

After new Window's 11 updates the screen after login is blinking, impossible to stop, mostly black. It happened 3 times. First time few months ago,and second month ago. I uninstalled updates in troubleshoot screen. My laptop is Huawei matebook x pro. Now happened same blinking. But function to uninstall updates not working. I tried to uninstall updates in safe mode, but found only few updates and not fresh. So system updates not shown in safe mode. What to do ???

When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

 

Windows Updated(16299.309).KB4088776 Restart is required to complete.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Trouble saving voicemail number

To access my voicemail it is my phone number, a pause and 4 digit pin.



I did the following steps:

• Turned off default voicemail number
• Added a , (for pause) at end of my phone number
• Added the 4 digit pin

I get the following error message We're having trouble saving your voicemail number right now. Try again later.



Any suggestions on how to correct this?
