Windows 10: Troubles with booting up?

Ok so i built a gaming computer and downloaded windows ten on a usb for free through the Microsoft website. Once i go that i put it in my pc and started it up and everything worked fine. but then when i tried running fortnite there was an error that said dx11 feature level 10.0 so i go online and try and fix it so i download a few things to help and then they didn't so i uninstall them and that is when i start having trouble. when i uninstall the things my computer starts to get really slow and i am not able to turn it of by the normal power button i have to go behind and cancel then power supply so it manually turns off. And so i wait a day and i get on my pc and when i start it it says something about repairing and now when i try to boot it up it loads goes to the quick instruction page and then it has a little loading circle while the screen is black and it doesn't change from that screen other then the loading circle will go away after a few minutes. So now i don't know what to do?

PC wont boot up (No POST, No Video)

I recently installed a new Asus M5A99X Evo r2.0. The motherboard green LED lights up and the case and cpu fans spin. But there is no video when its hooked up to my monitor.

Steps that i have tried:
PERFORM THESE STEPS before posting about POST/boot/no video problems! - Systems

Made sure all connections are properly connected.

Flashing the CMOS

Tested the PSU

Followed all steps in the user manual

If there are any links that you guys can point me to or suggestions that could help it would be highly appreciated. Thank you

 

Trouble saving voicemail number

To access my voicemail it is my phone number, a pause and 4 digit pin.



I did the following steps:

• Turned off default voicemail number
• Added a , (for pause) at end of my phone number
• Added the 4 digit pin

I get the following error message We're having trouble saving your voicemail number right now. Try again later.



Any suggestions on how to correct this?
