Windows 10: Troubleshoot: (0x80070519) The revision level is unknown

Hello,


I'm updating Acronis Backup Advance agents across entire company. The most of workstation are done, but i have several hosts when i impact this error: (0x80070519) The revision level is unknown. I'm looking for information about this error and troubleshooting.


All workstations run Windows 10. I use Acronis Management Console to push install. We have special account with domain admin rights.


Does anyone could advice me what does mean this error code?

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

We suggest that you run the
Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter
and check if there are any changes. To run the
Troubleshooter, follow these steps:

  On the search bar, type

  and hit
  Enter.

  Choose
  Hardware and Sound.
  
• 
  Click on
  Hardware and Devices
  to run the
  Troubleshooter.
