Windows 10: Troubleshoot and factory reset problems.

So my computer won’t leave the automatic repair mode. Safe mode doesn’t work, doesn’t allow me to log in on my account keeps saying my password is wrong but I tested on my phone and it’s the correct password., I cannot command promo because of that nor uninstall updates or use system restore. I tried startup repair, gave me a file Srt txt something. As I am not able to fix it, I tried to reset it completely. Downloading windows from iCloud or even the option to install it from here. None of it worked. I’m actually unable to factory reset the computer. Help!!!

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far to resolve your concern?

In the meantime, if you're working on a desktop, we suggest that you try to use a PS2 keyboard just to bypass the installation process. Once Windows is up and running, you may now plug your mouse and keyboard to initialize Windows to detect these devices.
