Windows 10: Troubleshoot connecting my ear pods to my laptop

Split from this thread. Hello,Thank you for giving this instructions.I am having the same problem and I did all the instructions step by step which is given above but i am still not able to connect my ear pods to my laptop I also search for the drivers from the official site of acer but they will be showing something but not the drivers to be installed.Now, what should I do?Kindly, help me out.

Remove ear pods (Bluetooth) from Windows 10

I connected my apple ear pods to Windows. But this is very annoying as I cannot control Windows not to USE them.

So the PC takes over from my Iphone even when I don't want it.

So I tried to remove the blue tooth device. This didn't allow me.

So I tried this:

1. a. Press Windows key + X.
2. b. Click on Device Manager.
3. c. Click on View.
4. d. Click on Hidden Devices.
5. e. Search for the Bluetooth device.
6. f. Right click on the Bluetooth device and click uninstall.
   
   This was successful. But still the blue tooth device shows up in the blue tooth menu and I can't remove device. And my PC still keeps taking over the ear pods from my Iphone beyond my control.

 

TWS earphones only plays sound in the right ear when connected to laptop while it plays on both ears when connected to mobile.

Method 1: Troubleshoot

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Ear phone. Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter

I suggest you to update all the drivers from the manufacturer web site and install and check if it helps
