Windows 10: Troubleshoot for Bluescreen error

Hi everyone, My Windows 11 HP laptop is encountering a blue screen error with a sad face icon ":". The message says, "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you." Attach the image of the blue screen here I'm not seeing a specific error code displayed on the screen, but there is a QR code and a URL that mentions "stopcode" though it's partially obscured. I've tried searching online for solutions related to the sad face BSOD, but haven't found anything concrete.Could anyone help me understand what might be causi

• Were there any changes/updates to your device prior to the issue?
• Any troubleshooting steps you've done so far to resolve the issue?

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

The usual causes for bluescreen errors are Graphic card drivers and Network adapter drivers. We can go ahead and try to update the drivers.
