    Troubleshoot High CPU usage


    Hi, my pc got some issues after a replace mobo b360-9400F to b460-10400 My CPU usage is always at 10-15%. I have reinstall some different Windows version with drivers updated, replace other chipset but not work. So I used WPT an post the link onedrive here:

    My PC parameters:

    • Windows 10 PRO
    • B460
    • Intel Core i5 10400
    • 16 GB RAM
    • RTX 3060ti
    • SSD SamSung EVO 970boot + SSD Crucial P1 + HHD WDBlue

    There are a few reasons why your computer shows a high CPU usage. It could be because of malware or malfunctioning software. To better assist you, please clarify the following:

    • Are you getting any error messages?
    • Since when have you been experiencing this issue?
    • Any recent changes made prior to the issue?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

    Windows Explorer high CPU Usage in Windows 10

    To further troubleshoot the issue, we suggest checking the Task Manager again to see what are the
    applications that have high CPU usage. To do this, follow the same steps you did from the previous reply:

    • Click on the Start button and type Task Manager on the search box.
    • On the Task Manager window, you should see the programs running.
    • Click on the More details drop-down button to see the total number of apps running and their real-time CPU usage.

    However, based on your response above, it seems that you may need to create a new user account again and just install your apps manually instead of copying them as your
    previous user account might be corrupted.

    Once your done with the steps, please let us know how it goes.
