    Troubleshoot menu won't accept my user password


    Hey,We had few months ago that power outage, and I got blue screen.I managed to fix that by taking my pc to some repair store and they replaced my cd drive and all fixed.After a while I got that blue screen again in loops. Every time I start my pc - its loading till the Login screen and stuck there for few sec, after that - blue screen again.Error:Anyway, I understand that something in the system installation is corrupted or something. So I tried few things to repair the system. Most of them in the Troubleshoot Menu. Tho all of them asking me for password and I am entering my password and its

    After Windows 10 update, signin screen won`t accept my pssword.

    Sign-in screen won`t take my password after Windows 10 update on a new HP laptop. I had setup a pin login but now asks for Microsoft password which I wrote down and have used before but will not accept now.

    Which steps did you perform? Was this from a clean boot?
    Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste this command: shutdown /r /o /f /t 00
    It will boot to the recovery options or windows advanced troubleshooting menu.
    Click troubleshooting and click reset this computer. You will be saving files. Applications and programs will be removed. Windows will be reinstalled.
    Enter your windows logon password.
    You will see getting things ready with rotating dots.
    Click resetting this PC.
    It will then display the HP logo with resetting this PC with rotating dots and a percentage.

    If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):
