    Hi everyone, I've had this problem since the first day I bought this laptop. My internet connection is perfectly fine I can browse on internet and play video games etc but there's some apps that I cant use because it says I'm not connected to internet, for example Microsoft Store and Valorant. I thought this was something weird so I tried doing troubleshoot and before I could even do the troubleshoot it says "it looks like you're not connected to the internet" so troubleshooting wasn't an option for me. I tried finding solution on Youtube and Google but I never did fix it. I tried every solu

    Step 1: Run the Internet Connections Troubleshooter

    • Type “Troubleshooting” and press “Enter”.
    • In the “Troubleshooting” window, click on “View All” on the left pane.
    • Click on “Network Adapter”.
    • Click on “Advanced” and then click on “Run as Administrator”.
    • Click “Next” and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.

    Once after running the troubleshooters, check troubleshooting reports and let’s know the details. You may also try out the suggestions given by the troubleshooter and check if that helps.

    Before I can provide you any assistance, I would like you to answer the question below:

    1. Do you that an un-interrupted internet connection?

    2. Is your web browser working properly?

    I suggest that you perform the steps below and check if the issue persist:

    Step 1: Disable Proxy

    Sometimes using proxy to connect to the internet may cause issues while connecting to the network.

    Follow the steps below to disable proxy:

    • Press “Windows Key” + “R”.
    • Type “inetcpl.cpl”.
    • Go to Connection.
    • Click on LAN Settings.
    • Check the box which says Automatically detect settings.
    • Uncheck the box under Proxy server.
    Step 2: Run Internet Troubleshooter.

    Though you are able to use internet, there could be some problems or some settings which could have stopped Windows services to connect to the internet.

    I suggest you to run the Internet connection troubleshooter to fix such issues, follow the steps below:

    • Press Windows key + R
    • Type Control
    • Click on Troubleshooting
    • Click on Connect to the internet
    • Click on Next and follow the On-screen instructions.
