Windows 10: Troubleshooter says Bluetooth capability does not exist

Yesterday evening I logged into my computer. Usually, when my PC starts up, it automatically connects to a Bluetooth speaker that I have beside it. This time it didn't and I found that odd. So I went into settings to check if Bluetooth was off, but when I checked? It was gone completely. No on/off toggle and every Bluetooth device said disconnected and that Bluetooth was off. Airplane mode is off I never have it on I installed the latest Intel Bluetooth Driver and nothing. I uninstalled everything in device manager and restarted my computer and still nothing. Bluetooth is not working — troubleshoot claims I don't even have it

I have done all the following steps:

- installed bluetooth driver from manufacturer
- hit windows update
- updated / uninstalled bluetooth items listed in Device Manager and restarted the PC
- updated / uninstalled USB drivers listed in Device Manager and restarted the PC (USB drivers automatically came back but not bluetooth)
- turned on and restarted all bluetooth support in services.msc
- conducted bluetooth troubleshooting
- conducted hardware troubleshooting

 

All Bluetooth capabilities seem to have disappeared from Laptop, no Bluetooth listed in Device Manager, Troubleshooters says "Device does not have Bluetooth"

I was working like normal and suddenly my Bluetooth mouse stopped working. After some investigation, it seemed that all of a sudden Bluetooth capability disappeared from my laptop entirely. Like completely gone. I couldn’t turn Bluetooth on, and I couldn’t access any Bluetooth devices.

In “Settings”, it says “Couldn’t connect”. I cannot add any Bluetooth devices, and I cannot turn Bluetooth on.

In the “Device Manager”, there is no Bluetooth listed at all, and I am already showing hidden icons

When I run the “Bluetooth troubleshooter”, it says “Device does not have Bluetooth. Bluetooth is not available on this device. Please try using an external adapter to add Bluetooth capability to this computer”

I have tried reinstalling driver from the Intel website, but it did not fix the problem.

All Samsung and Windows updates have been updated.

I have used “Upgrade this PC now” from the Media Creation Tool.

I cannot hard-reset the computer because I do not have any external storage to backup my existing documents and photos.

It is like Bluetooth just completely disappeared. The solution that Samsung had was to have Microsoft send me a way to “use an external adapter to add Bluetooth capability to this computer” with a thumb drive or some other method as the troubleshooter suggested, but they won't do that. Their only solution every time is Hard Reset and that is a thing I do not want to do. As I mentioned, soft reset didn't work.
