Windows 10: Troubleshooters not working

Running Windows 11 Home 23H2. Most of the troubleshooters under Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other Troubleshooters are not working. When I click on most of them Network, Bluetooth, etc., I get a dialog box which says "This file does not have an app asssociated with it for performing this action. Please install an app, or if one is already installed, create an association in the Default App Settings page."I do not know what type of file it's trying to run to create an association, or which program it should associate.Older troubleshooters that run through MSDT the ones that

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

 

Bluetooth is not working — troubleshoot claims I don't even have it

I have done all the following steps:

- installed bluetooth driver from manufacturer
- hit windows update
- updated / uninstalled bluetooth items listed in Device Manager and restarted the PC
- updated / uninstalled USB drivers listed in Device Manager and restarted the PC (USB drivers automatically came back but not bluetooth)
- turned on and restarted all bluetooth support in services.msc
- conducted bluetooth troubleshooting
- conducted hardware troubleshooting
