Windows 10: Troubleshooting black screen RX 580

I recently upgraded my Dell XPS 8700 with XFX Radeon RX 580 video card and EVGA 700 w Bronze PSU.Now almost every day I experience black screen. After which I have to reboot and sometimes reinstall video drivers. Black screen can happen sometimes right after start up, sometimes a few minutes into gaming. I tried troubleshooting everything I can find on the internet:lowering frequencyincreasing fan speedundervoltingReinstalling drivers with DDU3 different cables 2 - DP and 1 - DVI.Different monitors.ran stress test for 120 seconds part of Adrenalin softwaredisabling automatic Windows upda

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Whenever i install Amd Rx 580 Drivers, and try to open adobe premiere, the screen goes black or start flickering in lines or green screen.

Whenever i install Amd Rx 580 Drivers, and try to open adobe premiere, the screen goes black or start flickering in lines or green screen. I tried to DDU in safe and reinstall drivers, and i also tried to tunning GPU , decreasing voltage and frequency, but everytime whenever i tried to open Adobe premiere or any other application related to GPU starts flickering or monitor screen goes black. I have checked my windows is up to date. I'm frustrated from the problem.
