Windows 10: Troubleshooting Random Freezing on Lenovo ThinkPad T495s

I have been experiencing random freezing on my Lenovo ThinkPad T495s for a few months. These freezes occur under various circumstances, even when the CPU, RAM, and GPU are not under significant load. The only error found in the logs is Autopilot error 1010, but I am unsure if it is related.I have already tried the following repair commands without success:chkdsk /f /rsfc /scannowdism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealthI also checked the logs in the Event Viewer but did not find any other significant errors.How can I proceed to identify the root cause of this issue? Lenovo has announced the latest additions to its ThinkPad portfolio: the T495, T495s and X395. These new Windows 10 laptops, with up to the 2nd Gen AMD Ryzen 7 Pro Mobile Processors and integrated AMD Vega graphics, are designed to boost productivity, enhance multimedia and improve energy efficiency.

The new T and X series offer feature upgrades – without compromising a high level of hardware security and manageability. They have a longer battery life, too: up to four more hours on a single charge [1] and increased performance by up to 18 percent (compared to benchmarks of prior generations).

With Radeon FreeSync technology, users will experience a fluid frame refresh rate, free of screen stutters—perfect for videos, presentations and light PC gaming on the side. New to the AMD series, the 14-inch Full HD (1920×1080) display at 400 nits makes text and icons easier to see in dim surroundings even at a lower power setting than other PCs its size.

When my Lenovo thinkpad T495 is plugged in, the cursor does not respsond properly.

Hi

I have a Lenovo thinkpad t495, everything works fine. Until I plug in the charger, then the trackpad stops working properly. the little knob in the middle of the keyboard still works fine. I have installed all the new drivers and windows 11 updates. It a 65 Watt charger, which this laptop should handle just fine.
