Windows 10: Troubleshooting various STOP Errors on recently purchased ACER PC

Dear MS Community,I've never posted here before and I'm in a terrible situation where I'd really appreciate anyone's help. Ordered a new ACER PC in Oct 2021 i5 CPU with 32Gb RAM and 512Gb M2 SSD, upgraded it from Win10home to Pro, prepped it, and deployed it. Starting January 9th, it starting rebooting on its own with bugchecks in event viewer. User managed to record the bluescreen showing DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL, but I'm not sure if that's the main symptom at this time. Bugchecks in event viewer range from 0x0000004e, d1, 50, 0a, and most recently, 3b.Ran all updates, including BIOS.U

Error 0x803C0103 when troubleshooting

Network PC Win10 1903 issue Error Code 0x80070035

i followed these steps, but no matter what, i couldnt stop network list services.

"windows could not stop the network list service on local computer. error 1061: the service cannot accept control messages at this time".

also, which pc am i meant to be running this fix on? both PC's reported error 1061.
