Troubleshooting Windows BSOD - Kernel Security Check Failure / Memory Management errors

I've been getting intermittent BSOD multiple times a day for the past few days. Things I have tried so far:

    - Completely Reinstalled Windows
    - Updated all drivers
    - Ran the Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool: FAILED

    - Ran Memtest86: PASSED ???
    - Ran chkdsk command: PASSED

    - Ran sfc/scannow: PASSED

    Link to memory dump: https://www.dropbox.com/s/4l4zxt1x7pcuxhn/MEMORY.DMP?dl=0

Really confused why Windows Memory Diagnostics would fail, but Memtest86 would pass. Should I check my hard drive? Windows is installed on an NVME SSD.

    Please help. Thank you,

    G

    :)
