Windows 10: troubleshooting wizards doednt work

for some reason my printers cant print from office tried to run print troubleshooter back fails with error code0x80070005

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

• Which is the build installed on the computer?
• What is the make and model of the computer?
• What exactly happens when you try to run the SFC scan? Did you receive any error message?
• What is the exact issue that you are facing which led you to perform the troubleshooters?
• Do you have active internet connection?
• Did you install any third party security application?

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to download and install any pending updates that needs to be installed on the computer through Windows update and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Windows 10 Installation Wizard Not Working Properly

As an initial recommendation, I suggest you to check if you can install the software in Compatibility mode. Follow the below steps.

  Right click the setup file for the program, this can be designated as
  setup.exe or similar executable extension. Click
  Troubleshoot Compatibility to launch the Program Compatibility Troubleshooter wizard which will check for issues.

  Select the option “Troubleshoot program”
  and depending on the problems you are experiencing when attempting to install or use the software, check off the problems. Click on Next.

  Select a version of Windows the program is known to work in.

  Click on Next and then follow the on screen instructions.
