Windows 10: troyan?

hey i lately have strange things happening to my computer.

-sometimes my screen goes black for a few seconds

-i have a yourphone exe/application running in my task manager

- i have denied access to this yourphone application in file structure

- there are 2 users on my computer i never opened they are owners of this file structure

- i cant change ownership / i can change it but its not working to delete those files (access denied system rights required)

- my computer is running more slow then normally

- my mcafee total protection is not working on this (cant shredder(mcafee) those files)

-this list could go on and on

please help me!!!

Keyboard problem - I WOULD RATHER HAVE TROYANS

This is a reoccurring problem that comes and goes - once in a while left Shift and w key on a laptop just stop working. It is back again.

Advice ''contact the manufacturer etc.'' is useless - I am not a monarch or VIP and, if the keyboard or a part of it is dead, I would rather get an external keyboard - it only takes an hour to get one and costs almost nothing in comparison to every other
solution.

I would rather have troyans than bugware or mechanical damage. At least I know how to deal with troyans.

 

Trojan:Win32/Dynamer!ac - Windows Defender can't remove!

In The Windows defender, look for the route to the troyan and try to remove it yourself, If it don't works trying to remove it yourself, try to delete it in safe mode, to go to safe mode, do the following:

1. Hit Restart While Holding [Shift] in your keyboard

2. You'll appear in the repair screen, hit "advanced settings" there

3. Search for "Boot Options", "Boot settings" or similar

4. you'll appear in a screen saying the following options you'll have to choose, there, hit Restart (the only button that'll appear there.)

5. you'll be sent to the screen where you'll have to choose between these options, there, hit [4] in your keyboard

6. Login like always.

7. You're now in safe mode.

now, the troyan can't auto-execute. to delete it, just do these 2 steps:

1. search the troyan location (i recommend to have written down the route to the virus in your notepad before safe mode)

2. delete it like always (no matter if is with CMD/DOS Prompt or just right clicking and selecting "delete", it will anyways delete like a normal file)

if you can't still delete it, just modify properties and give yourself total control over the file.

IF Still after everything, you can't delete it, tell me, i'll try to help you delete it
