Windows 10: troyano win32/Floxif.E y virus win32/Floxif.H

Tengo en mi equipo con Windows 10 esta infección. El Microsoft Defender no lo elimina, al igual he tratado de eliminarlo con la herramienta de Microsoft MSERT, lo detecta, pero no lo elimina, asimismo he ejecutado escaneos con varios antivirus y no lo he logrado. Si me pudieran ayudar, cómo puedo proceder para eliminarlos. Gracias

CCleaner was injected with that malware between certain dates, because Piriform's server was hacked. So if you still want to use it, uninstall that version and download the latest.

 

CC Cleaner and the FLOXIF trojan

Hi

I have just found out that my PC has been infected with the FLOXIF Trojan which was identified by running the malware bytes program. I have now removed it but there appears to be confusion on what I have read what files this Trojan may have infected or changed.

On one of the articles I have read it suggests to be completely sure that there is nothing left from this Trojan, is to load windows and this is where I need help. How do I do this as I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10, what is the best method. I have
no windows disks.
