    Everytime my PC boots without using the Fast Startup (e.g. after restarting, a power outage, or shift + shut down), it shows a Please Wait screen that would last for around five to ten minutes. Upon finally logging in and making it to the Desktop, a notification would appear:

    Failed to connect to a Windows service

    Windows couldn't connect to the Remote Desktop Configuration service. This problem prevents standard users from signing in.

    In an attempt to eliminate this problem, I decided to run the System File Checker and DISM.exe (Windows 8 and later versions require DISM.exe for SFC to repair the OS). However, I ran into another set of problems (see first image). DISM and SFC won't start.

    System File Checker is unusable.

    After some Googling I found that starting the TrustedInstaller service would fix the problem. However, an error was returned (1392: Corrupted or unreadable).

    Ok...

    After update my Windows 10 to 17063.1000 build, skype won´t work...

    It open, but if I Start my conversasion with camera, file share or screen share, it crash...

    If I try to uninstall anda install again, I give an error...

    Any workaround to solve this issue??
