Windows 10: Trusteer Rapport will not work ..".crypt32.dll missing or corrupt". Using Win 10 ver 1909

I have used "sfc /scannow" and DISM and upgraded to ver 1909, but still Rapport wil not work... Pls help

IBM Trusteer - Rapport (not supported in Edge)


If you use Rapport, which usually is a suggestion by some banks for online banking including HSBC, please note that Microsoft Edge is not supported. Comment from IBM Trusteer support below:

Trusteer Rapport causes IE 11 slowdown under Win 10

I have been experiencing similar problems referred to in this topic since my bank recommended I install Rapport on my home PCs (two desktops and two laptops) when using their online banking facility. I am running the latest versions of W10 Pro -64bit. All PCs now run much faster since I removed Rapport and IE11 no longer slows down or stops working.
I referred this issue to my Bank but they are not aware of any problems and are unable to confirm whether IBM & Microsoft are working together to find a solution. Furthermore, as Rapport is not the Bank's software, they have suggested that I refer the matter direct to Trusteer Rapport's support desk to resolve my issue.
Can anyone provide a link that refers to the post (referred to above) on the IBM Trusteer website that confirms they are working with Microsoft to arrive at a solution?

Will Trusteer Rapport on work on Microsoft Edge in Windows 10?

Updated with the latest Win 10 fixes today, and Trusteer Rapport works as it should, no more lag time loading IE11 or any other browser. I'm back to being a semi-happy camper again.
