Windows 10: 'Try again later' given when attempting to download Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition

Hello,I'm attempting to download Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition, but the following error is given after selecting which hard drive to install it on:'Try again later - Something went wrong our end'I am trying to install the game on a hard drive that does not have the OS installed on, like my other games. I have also tried restarting my PC and the store itself with this issue recurring.

The Halo Wars: Definitive Edition is not included in the bundle. This may be the reason why you're encountering issues installing the content. To get this item, you'll need to purchase it separately. Refer to the following links for more information:

Halo Wars Definitive Edition

I preordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition from GameStop and put the preload code into my xbox. I was wondering how I go about getting access to Halo Wars The Definitive Edition. I picked up the code a week or two ago.
