Windows 10: "Try again , Something happened at our end" Cancelling my Xbox Ultimate subscription

I wanted to turn off the recurring bill for Game Pass ultimate but each time I want to it keeps saying "Try that again, Something happened at our end,and we can't display all the data at the moment waiting a bit might help"

It also says something below "Traceld: mQ4y9WI86UiRqO07.4.24.10"

Cancelling Xbox Subscription

Im going round and round in circles here ... trying to cancel an auto payment on XBOX live. I dont use it at all and getting charged $79 every year for nothing. I tried to cancel it last year but remember now having same problem and gave up .... just be
recharged and I want it stopped.

Yes I have followed all the instructions !

Yes I have been to the manage subscriptions page !

No ... when I click CANCEL is goes back to some page saying I have to contact SUPPORT... which takes me off on another merry go round ...

Please .... what is the process to CANCEL my auto renewal for XBOX Live ?????

Given I have yet again paid for another bloody year of this I just want to stop being billed again next year for no reason.

AND, NO< I dont want it to CANCEL my MS 360 subscription because this one IS being used.

Please . someone help before I go insane, or broke, or both !
