Hi, I have tried again and again for using the verification method by SMS and it says it constantly says it is not available. There is no other way to recover my account. I have used various methods such as clearing my browser cache, using other browsers or internet connections etc. but it gives the same error again. The sms method is the only method setup on my account, and despite putting all the correct details including the password and the phone number I am sitll unable to access my account. I have critical information saved on my account and unfortunately, I am unable to access it. Cru

My account is locked so i was asked to use another verification method, which required me to add phone number. I did but it still shows "Try another verification method

In microsoft account "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" , the account is locked. When I tried to unlock it through the verification code sent in SMS, it says "The Verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method." But the problem is I only had the phone number as the method of verification due to which I can't login into my window.
