Windows 10: 'Try connecting your device again' when I try to pair an AirTurn Duo BT200 foot pedal to...

I just bought a Microsoft Surface Pro 7 a week ago. I have a BT-200 AirTurn Duo pedal and it appears as an option in Bluetooth but says 'Try connecting your device again' and won't work whenever I select it. I've seen forums on this but they seem to be for older versions of Windows. Mine is Windows 10, OS Build 19041.450Does anyone have a solution please? I've tried quite a lot of things I've read on forums but no success. I tried pairing a speaker and that worked fine. I;ve gone through all the usual trouble-shooting options. My wife has the same laptop and has used the same pedal, her laptop

Infinity foot pedal

I am trying to connect infinity foot pedal USB2 but keep getting the message 'controller could not be opened. I googled the problem and found it was a Windows 10 problem, when I checked my devices the foot pedal is recognised as a keyboard. I have tried
disabling the USB power saving option but this hasn't worked either. Any ideas?

Yea, it's normal to have a lot of HID devices listed. More to try

• Make sure laptop is plugged in. If foot pedal has an AC source, it should be plugged in too

• For each USB root hub, Do not allow computer to turn off device

Re: HIDwatch error. From google, if that was from NCH Express free, only the Alto pedal works with their free version
