    when I want to connect the MS Teams or microsoft.com account it shows this message - This site can’t be reachedCheck if there is a typo in myaccount.microsoft.com. If spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN , and also I am not installing MS Teams in my pcNow how to solve this problem

    Hi Bob,

    Thanks for replying to us with the status of your issue.

    As the issue still persist, I suggest you to run Memory Diagnostic tool and check for the hardware error.

    Follow the below steps:


    • Type Memory Diagnostic in the search area in the task bar and select Windows Memory Diagnostic.

    • Select Restart now and check for problem.

    Windows 10 Loss of Internet Connection due to "Diagnostics Policy Service not running"

    Method 1: I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

    1. Press
    Windows key + X.

    2. Click
    command prompt (Run as administrator).

    3. In the Administrator: Command Prompt window, type the following commands. Press
    Enter key after each command:


    • net localgroup Administrators /add networkservice

    • press enter then type:

    • net localgroup Administrators /add localservice

    • press enter then type:

    • exit.

    • Press enter and restart your computer.
    Method 2:I would suggest you to follow these steps.

    a. Press Windows + R.

    b, Enter services.msc in search option.

    c. Right click the Diagnostics Policy Services and
    start the services
    .
