    I am trying to buy a game in the Microsoft Store.


    After following all the steps and entering the paying method, Microsoft Store prompts me with, "Try that again Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help."

    I have troubleshooted and even reset the Microsoft Store to see if it would change.

    I believe it the problem is that I am using a different account in Microsoft Store than the one for my computer. But I am not sure.

    Please help as I am worried that each time I try it could be charging the account over and over again.

    @cliff-s, many thanks for your help. I have try above step, still no luck.
    I am able to install app that owned by me but for new apps still got Something happened at our end. Waiting a bit might help

    I think am gonna reinstall my windows *Think
