  1. "Try to connect device again" problem

Whenever trying to connect my Xbox controller to my bluetooth enabled pc it says it cannot connect. This is starting to anger me because none of the helpful things I have watched or went into live chats on the windows website has worked. Whenever attempting to connect my controller it says, "Try to connect device again", which I do every time, but it still says the same thing. By the way, this is a real Microsoft licensed Xbox controller, not off-brand. I could really use some help. Thanks.

    :)
