Windows 10: Trying to Access an Old iPod Shuffle on HP w/ Windows/iTunes

I have an old iPod not sure which version but it's from at least 2005 and has the big track wheel on it and I was just recently able to find a charger for this and get it operating. It is fully charged and when plugged in to my HP Laptop running the latest version of windows the ipod shows that is it charging. However, it does not appear anywhere on my laptop as plugged in. It is not showing on the taskbar in the bottom, nor is it showing up on iTunes. What could be the issue? Now, I don't know if this makes a difference but the account for the ipod and the account for the iTunes are

Apple iPod Shuffle

I am trying to get my new Lenovo with Windows 10 to work with a Apple iPod Shuffle 4th Gen.

There is no driver installed. I have itunes and icloud running on the unit. It seems the recommendation is to reinstall itunes, but I was wondering is it possible to locate and install just the driver?

If not, how do I ensure my music library stay intact before reinstalling itunes?

Apple today announced that its iPod shuffle, the world’s most wearable music player, is now even more affordably priced at $49 and that it is introducing a new 2GB model of the iPod shuffle for $69. The popular iPod shuffle is just half a cubic inch in volume, weighs just half an ounce, features an aluminum design with a built-in clip and comes in five colors—silver, blue, green, purple and a (PRODUCT) RED special edition.

“At just $49, the iPod shuffle is the most affordable iPod ever,” said Greg Joswiak, Apple’s vice president of Worldwide iPod Product Marketing. “The new 2GB model lets music lovers bring even more songs everywhere they go in the impossibly small iPod shuffle.”

The new 1GB iPod shuffle is available immediately for a suggested retail price of $49 (US) through the Apple Store (www.apple.com), Apple’s retail stores and Apple Authorized Resellers. The 2GB iPod shuffle will be available later this month for a suggested retail price of $69 (US) through the Apple Store (www.apple.com), Apple’s retail stores and Apple Authorized Resellers. iPod shuffle requires a Mac with a USB 2.0 port, Mac OS X 10.4.8 or later and iTunes 7.4; or a Windows PC with a USB 2.0 port and Windows Vista or Windows XP Home or Professional (Service Pack 2) or later and iTunes 7.4 or later.

Unable to access my iPod Touch in windows 10.

Thank you Parth for your suggestions but it hasn't worked. I checked the Device Manager and my iPod Touch isn't there. However, it is in my Acer:C Program Files, but will not open. I have uninstalled Itunes and re-installed many times but this problem
continues to persist. My old iPod Shuffle is recognised but not my iPod Touch.
