Windows 10: Trying to activate my device but its telling me to connect to my organizations network,...

I was trying to activate my computer but it said that I needed to connect to my organizations network. The computer has never been part of any organizations so I decided to remove the organizations from the settings but there were none on the computer. I'm not sure what is stopping me from activating my computer. It also has good connection too. I'm not allowed to change my windows profile picture or my wallpaper, as the wallpaper is still set on the original windows wallpaper.It told me "We can't activate Windows on this device as we can't connect to your organization's activation server.
