    im trying to boot up my samsung galaxy A15 with no power and no volume buttons using the samsung usb program and the command prompts abd devices but its saying that that command prompt is not recognizable as a command prompt. I am the administrator on my laptop so hoe do i fix this issue?

    Hello Jimmy, trying to boot up phone that is shut off & has no power or volume buttons :)

    This doesn't list the "Surface Laptop", but you might give it a try to see.

    *Arrow Boot Microsoft Surface from a USB device

    Otherwise, you should be able to use OPTION ONE below to boot from the USB from advanced startup.

    Unable to boot up after shutting down the pc with the power button on

    Your only option will be to power off.

    Then try disconnecting power, holding the power button in for a minute, release, connect power, try rebooting.

    If that fails, see if you can at least get into the BIOS.

    If not, presumably you've a hardware problem.

    And suggest that if you can boot up, you use the shut down button on your screen.
    (I'm still not convinced you're not powering your PC down- when you use the physical button, how long do you press it for, and what's it configured to do?)

    The lightning bolt and gear symbol on your Luima 500 means that your phone is unresponsive.

    If your phone has a memory card, trying removing it.

    If the issues persists after removing the memory card, reset your phone by doing the following:

    • Press and hold the Volume down and Power buttons at the same time until you feel a vibration (about 10 to 15 seconds).
    • When you feel the vibration, release the buttons, and then immediately press and hold the Volume down button until you see a large exclamation mark.
    • Once the exclamation mark appears, press the following four buttons in this order: Volume up, Volume down, Power, Volume down. Your phone
      should now reset and restart itself. (It might take a while for the reset to finish.)
    Let us know what happens after doing the mentioned troubleshooting steps.
