I can't log into VLCS. When I try to use my work account, it says that it's not set up and although it has been set up and I have used it quite a bit in the past. It wants me to set up a store account. Cool, so I try to set up the store account but it says that my account is already set up......... I tried adding multifactor authentication, because it prompted me for that. Sweet, got MFA set up and I can log into the account itself but when I go to VLCS it gives me the error and says that my account isn't set up. pulling my hair out at this point. I am not able to open website after clicking on login button in firefox, if i delete cookies i can open, but gain i can not login, after clicking on login , it is redirecting to "problem loading page with following error"

i can open as well as login website on other browers but i want to use firefox only.
