Windows 10: Trying to connect my Cricut Joy Xtra to bluetooth on my Laptop running Windows 11. It...

I have tried everything I can think of to fix this issue. I uninstalled, reinstalled, unplugged, re-plugged. restarted and shut down. It all ends up the same. I can discover the device, I can connect but then it immediately disconnects. After that, it is no longer discoverable. The device shows in my list of devices but shows as not connected. I took a video of the process if that would help. Please help.

Attaching a Cricut Air 2 via Bluetooth


My wife got a new Cricut Air 2 craft cutting machine. It can connect via Bluetooth.
I tried connecting via the Bluetooth procedure in the Settings/Devices/Bluetooth and it would not connect. The Bluetooth PIN is 0000 but it was not recognizing it.

However, I was able to get it connected by going to the Control Panel Add a device. It found the Cricut and took the 0000 PIN number and installed the device.

Have you already connected your Cricut Explore Air 2 from your PC previously?

For you to be able to switch, you will need to pair the other device first and go to your bluetooth and other devices settings on your PC to toggle between the two and you can go over the link below for a guide from Cricut.

Cricut is not Opening on Windows 11

I have been trying to get Cricut Design Space to open on my newly updated Windows 11. I have been on the phone for hours with Cricut support, and added the app to the firewall, installed and reinstalled. It downloads but will not open. I need this to work for my very small business and everyday I can not use I am loosing money. Please help. Any suggestions?
