Windows 10: trying to connect my Epson Printer connected

I can't get my Epson WF2930 printer connected to my computer, They have several Epson Printers available to connect just not the WF2930.

Please provide some more detail.

1. Does "trying to connect different pc" mean that there is already one computer that can print to this printer via wi-fi?

2. Is another computer connected to the printer by USB cable?

3. How did you try to establish the wi-fi connection?

• Did you use the "Add a printer" wizard from the Devices and Printers window?
• If you used the "Add a printer" wizard, what happened after you selected "Add a network, wireless, or Bluetooth printer? Was your Epson printer detected?
• Please explain in detail the procedure you used and what happened.

 

Lost Connection to Printer

I would like some help troubleshooting the connection to my printer. It was working fine and suddenly stopped. It's an Epson NX515 printer wired to the router. Although it's an older printer, it worked fine until this connection issue popped up. The PC is Win10 Education version 22H2, wired to the router. From the PC, I can successfully ping the printer's IP address. I tried disabling the PC's firewall to no avail. I uninstalled the printer software and tried to reinstall it. It hangs at the screen where it tries to detect the network printer to establish connectivity. I rebooted the PC. I also rebooted the printer, modem, and router. For some reason, the PC won't find the printer anymore. Like I said, it was working fine until recently. Does anyone have suggestions on what I could try to establish connectivity?

Have you tried the suggestions on my initial post, in response to the original poster? If you haven't performed any troubleshooting yet, here are a couple of things you can try:

• Power off, and then power on your printer to restart it. Wait for a while for it to be fully ready.
• Check your printer connection. Check your printer and make sure that it’s connected to your PC network.
