Yesterday I contacted Microsoft support because I had an error purchasing a gift for someone on the Microsoft store,I was told that within the next 24 hours id receive a phone call that it was resolved and i haven't so I tried calling the support number again,I stayed I had an issue with payment and the bot gave me a link and hung up on me, now every time I call I get hung up on :///I was told I couldn't "process" anything in my account and I have no idea what that means so I'm stuck not using my account at all in fear that it'll worsen the issue I had, really disappointed in the support team

Store purchase not received.

Dear support, I did an in game purchase for a season pass, using the windows version of a game. The financial transaction is visible in my account but I did not received the item. I contacted the game's support (Flaregames) and they said the money did not landed with them.

"Please know that we've checked your account and it seems that no purchase was made for a Season Pass on the 6th of January.
If the money was indeed blocked/taken from your account, we suggest you contact the Customer Support team for the relevant store (Microsoft) and ask them for a refund.
Please note that no money has reached us, and this is the reason we are kindly asking you to contact the relevant Customer Support team in regards to the store you are using, as we are unable to process a refund for funds that have not reached us."



During my purchase procedure I got this message: "Try that again. Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help. The error code is 0xC03F300D, in case you needed it". This is MS Store message not Flaregames. The purchase appears in my Library, however the pass is not visible in my game. I tried purchase again and but I get the message - "looks like you already own this".

I checked the community cases related to this error code, all ups are up to date, I did not find a solution

please let me know what else it can be done.

 

Deleting contacts from Windows 10


When you say Windows Mail Live are you referring to Mail app or Windows Live Mail?

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Open Windows Live Mail.
• Press Ctrl + 3 using your keyboard. Right-click on the contact to delete it if it is a single contact.
• Highlight all contacts by pressing Ctrl + A.
• Click Delete located on the Ribbon bar.
• Click OK when you see the message These contacts will also be deleted from Hotmail, Messenger, and other Windows Live services.

After following the steps above, all your contacts that you have manually added to your account will be deleted however, contacts coming from third-party sites such as Facebook will not be deleted unless you remove Facebook from your account.

For Mail app:

Open People app then delete the contact.
