Windows 10: Trying to do a clean windows 10 install but keep getting black screen or error

After backing up everything I need on my 3tb drive, I turned the pc off and unplugged the drive (which is not what I have w10 on).

At first I just tried resetting from w10 itself and thats where I got the black screen. After restarting the pc I got an error stating the reset couldn't work.

Then I made a usb boot drive but now I can't even boot to usb or bios w/o getting the black screen. Now when the screen finally turns on it immediately goes into sign in. IT WONT LET ME BOOT TO BIOS AT ALL.

PLZ HELP!

• Were you able to get to the desktop screen after you restarted the system?
  
• When the screen was blank, were you able to see the cursor on the screen?
  
• Did you get any error code or error message?

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
