Windows 10: Trying to do a system restore. Have recovery key but keyboard is not working. It was not...

I had a problem with keyboard not working on my laptop. Tried to do a system restore. Inadvertently pressed return and restore stopped. Got to a point of advanced options in recovery. Have my recovery key but cannot enter it on the screen as keyboard not working.

Keyboard Volume Keys not working while in-game

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...

Step 2: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

You can also try performing System Restore through Windows Recovery Environment. Follow these steps for instructions:
