Windows 10: Trying to do the update 2019-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909

Please i hope you can help me. I am not tech savvy so please forgive me for not understanding some things but im trying to do the update 2019-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems KB4530684 but keep getting error .. can not complete update... Its been doing this for months restarting computer. I have a HP all in one Pavilion 23 PC Desk top.

Windows 10 Update

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Windows Updates Cumulative Update version 1903 and the Featured Update version 1909 both fail

I have tried to install both the Cumulative Update version 1903 and the Featured Update version 1909 and when they hit the 100% mark I get a message in install failed and the changes are being undone. After doing this the first time my printer does not
work and I've deleted it and reloaded and it still doesn't work.

I have tried six times to do the updates without success. When I view the update history it says the Featured Update version 1909 failed on 11/18/2019 and the Cumulative Update version 1903 was successfull on 11/18/2009. It than says the Featured
Update version 1909 was successfully updated on 11/18/2019 followed by the Cumulative Update version 1903 failed on 11/23/2009.

During the check for updates it continually loads the the Cumulative
Update version 1903.

When I look at the OS Build it shows Version 1903 installed on 10/12/2019 OS Build 18362.449

So, how do I get these updates to install or allow updates for everything else except Windows updates?

Plus get my printer to be recognized, I can still print documents using email.

 

Windows 10 version 10.0.17763.195 not updating anymore since 2018-12 Cumulative Update, Troubleshooter failing to start

Hello everyone,

Since the 2018-12 Cumulative Update, my copy of Windows 10 Home fails to install even basic updates such as printer drivers, and furthermore the Troubleshooter fails to start with an error code 0x800706BA.

Every time I try to update I receive the following error codes:

2019-01 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.7.2 for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64 (KB4481031)

I have tried numerous fixes suggested in the forums, which mostly involved restarting some service, to no avail.

What do you suggest I try? Should I download a copy of Windows 10, make a bootable iso and repair the install?
