    Trying to download Hebrew to new Surface. The "basic typing" download is stuck and does not move. What to do? I switched from one internet provider to another. No success.

    Cannot download chinese basic typing

    Hi,

    i do try the method u posted but still no able to download the language pack basic typing for Chinese, i suspect all the basic typing no able to download, as i tried other language also stuck at same place.

    Download Update stuck at 95%

    I'm downloading the new update 1709 but it seems to be stuck on 95% download since 20 mins.Any suggestion?
