Windows 10: Trying to download HP Smart. on New Microsoft Account.

Hello everyone.....I am trying to download HP Smart. Old telephone number keeps appearing when I have created a new Microsoft account and have new tel number. Trying to install HP software for printer. Does anyone know how to change the telephone number that keeps getting associated with my old Microsoft account? as I would like my new mobile number to be displayed so that I can install the software? how do you update the mobile telephone number? i have been trying to do this for weeks and no answer yet?

Trying to switch to Microsoft account from local, unable to...

I tried that, more than once. I go thru the complete procedure of getting a new Microsoft account password, then when I reach the final step to key in the Windows password, I try my NEW Microsoft account password, and I get the same message-invalid password. No luck.

Any other suggestions.

 

HP Smart app will not download

I need to get the HP Smart app to run my new printer but it will not download, it says starting download but nothing else is happening. I have tried restarting the computer and logging out of the Microsoft store but every time I restart and go to the store
it says the HP App is starting download.
