Windows 10: trying to download minecraft for the first time on pc windows 10 and it keeps saying there...

my problem is that ive paid for minecraft and its not allowing me to play or even open minecraft without it saying theres an issue and i havebeen stuck with this that comes up and doesnt do anything either

Windows 10 - Minecraft Download Issue

Method 1:

I suggest you to reset Windows Store Cache and check if it helps.

• Press Windows + R keys to open run box.
• Type WSReset.exe and hit

If the issue persists, I would suggest you to disable Antivirus software/ Firewall and check if it helps.
