Can't install .Net Framework 3.5 on Windows 10 Pro

1. .NET Framework installation on the computer has become corrupted.

.Net Framework get install along with Window installation. I suggest you to try downloading and installing .Net Framework 3.5 manually and check if it works. To do so kindly refer the below given link and download the framework.

Method 2: I would suggest you to uninstall , reinstall and update the .Net framework 3.5.

• Press Start button and type Programs and features
  and select it.
• Select the .Net framework and uninstall.
• Restart the PC and reinstall .Net framework 3.5 from the below link and
  Update.

Note: Install all the pending updates after logging in to Microsoft account and check.

See if you can enable the .NET Framework or reinstall it.
