Windows 10: Trying to Enable Multiplayer

So I'm trying to create a realm and it says that I have to enable multiplayer and clubs to be able to make said realm. I've tried for the past hour and a half to find the option to change this with no luck. I'm not a child account, I'm on pc, and I haven't had this issue before and I play on servers like the Hive. I'm on Bedrock edition if that helps. It just keeps sending me to Xbox support but I need it to get me to the actual page where I can change it. Please help.

A final note, PlayStation users have to pay for online play also It is only PlayStation 3 users that don't . But ask yourself this: If Microsoft offer free play for online multiplayer, how would you fund the servers needed for Xbox Live?

• Higher Game Prices?
• Higher rental Prices?
• Less servers and availability?
• Less servers and sustainability?

Minecraft multiplayer

Hi, I am Van. I'll be glad to assist you today.

This normally happens if the Multiplayer option is disabled on your xbox privacy settings. Please follow the steps below to enable this option.

1. log in to your Microsoft account to xbox.com

2. Once signed in click your profile picture in the upper-right corner. Then select Xbox profile.

3. In the Xbox profile click the privacy settings

4. In the Privacy & online safety click the "Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety" tab

5. Scroll down and look for the "You can join multiplayer games" option then click allow to enable it. Click submit at the bottom of the page to save the setting

6. Relaunch the game and check if you can now play in Multiplayer.

Note: You will not be able to see the Privacy & online safety section if you are a member of the Family group. You will need to ask the organizer of the Family group to edit the settings for you.

• Are you using a child account?
• Aside from the privacy settings, have you tried to change the online safety settings of the account?
• Can you play other multiplayer games using the same account?

If you are using a child account, we would like to let you know that only a parent account can change the online safety settings of your profile. In the meantime, you may follow the steps on this
