Windows 10: Trying to find my laptop model

I have found my laptop model but i cant find anything related to it in google i searched everywhere and didnt find my laptop model my laptop model its satelite pro l50-j-12k thats the model i really need to install my drivers and update my bios and all of that stuff

2. How are you trying to connect the headphones to the laptop?

4. Are you using a wired or a wireless Bose headphone?

and try connecting your headphones to the laptop.
