    Trying to find Visio after signing up for a 30 day trial


    I provided my CC for a Visio trial, yet I have yet to see the app. I'm signed in under my account, yet it keeps directing me to enter my work or school email address. Can someone explain how I can run the app or where I can go to cancel the subscription before MS charges me? Thanks.

    Dolby Atmos for Headphones 30 Day trial

    I get the following message when trying to get the 30 day trial:

    An error has occurred while trying to purchase Dolby Atmos for Headphones. Please try again.

    Any idea on how to fix this?

    I'm using logitech G430 headphones.
